PRE-RACE PACKET PICKUP
Pre-Race Packet Pickup allows you to have extra time to relax on Thanksgiving morning and gives you the opportunity to show off your Turkey Trot participant shirt. Participants MUST bring a valid photo ID and download the Life Time App and download their event pass (see info below). Bibs will be dynamically assigned upon pickup.
Limited pickup available on race day! We highly encourage participants to attend one of the first 2 pre-race day locations, as lines can get long on Wednesday and Thursday.
Proxy pickup is allowed with the provision of a valid photo ID and QR code screenshot/print out of the registered participant.

LT App Check-In
To streamline your experience, all participants are now required to use the Life Time App for packet pick-up.
Before you arrive, complete the following steps:
1. Create or Connect your Life Time Account
2. Download the Life Time App (link provided after creating or connecting your Life Time account)
3. Open the app and go to the Card/Pass section to find your event pass
4. Familiarize yourself with the app’s features — including live and on-demand fitness classes, training programs, healthy living content, and exclusive access to nutritional products via LifeShop
You must have the app downloaded and your event pass ready prior to arriving at packet pick-up. At check-in, simply open the app and display your event pass for a quicker, smoother process.
Find your event pass information through the email we sent on 11/25. The “Create or Connect Account” link is unique – please do not share with others.
Items Athletes Will Receive
All participants will receive a race bib with timing chip, race shirt* and safety pins. The B-Tag is a lightweight, single-use timing device that stays attached to your bib during the race. All participants are strongly encouraged to complete the emergency information on the back of the race bib prior to race day.
Note: If you have been assigned to the “Wild Turkey” Corral A or “The Flock” Corral B, you MUST obtain your custom corral wristband at Packet Pickup and affix around your wrist prior to race start. Only those participants who have this wristband will be granted access to the first 2 starting waves. *Corral changes may be made at Solutions during Packet Pickup with proof of a faster time.
