TURKEY REFERRAL PROGRAM
Invite your friends who have never participated in the Life Time Turkey Trot Miami 5K/10K & Kids Trot to register with your special URL received within your registration confirmation email (https://example.com/ReferralLink) and earn money back! This walker-friendly event is perfect for newcomers. If they sign up for the trot through your special link, you are eligible for a $5.00 refund for each person who registers, up to five people… that’s $25.00! *Referrals are invalid after registration is sold out.
BIB MAILING
Fast track your race weekend by mailing your bib directly to your home! This option is available within registration and available through ChronoTrack for those already registered until the cutoff on October 31, 2024 (11:59 pm ET).
Bib Mailing: $15
Group/Flock (4+) Bib Mailing: $50
*Group/Flock Mailing purchasers MUST provide the names of each registrant to be included in the shipment. A link to the form is listed in the ChronoTrack storefront offering.
Those who purchase bib mailing and wish to change their race distance after the cutoff date MUST attend the Packet Pickup to receive a new bib. Participants MUST bring the original bib mailed to them in order to be issued the new bib.
This offer is good for continental U.S. shipping addresses only. P.O. boxes are not accepted. Once purchased, the bib mailing option is non-refundable. Shirts, goody bags, or any other add-on purchases will NOT be included in the mailing; instead these items must be picked up during pre-race or race day Packet Pickup hours or the post-race Finish Festival at the Results tent. Shipping address changes must be submitted prior to October 31, 2024 (11:59 pm ET).

LIFE TIME MEMBERS EARLY ACCESS REGISTRATION
Life Time owns and produces some of the most incredible athletic events in the world, including Turkey Trot Miami. Along with athletic events, Life Time’s goal is to reshape the way people approach health and fitness with its healthy way of life communities. Life Time members — after six months of Club-Access Membership — get entry to our athletic events one week before the event registration opening to the general public or guaranteed registration in lotteries.
Entry Waitlist
Still want a chance to participate in the 2021 Baptist Health Turkey Trot Miami 5K/10K once it’s sold out? We will enact an official wait list for those who still want to compete once the respective race distance sells out. Spots will only become available if and when entered runners drop out before the race.
How the waiting list works:
- It is free to sign up for the waiting list.
- When you sign up, your name is put on the waiting list, and you’ll receive an email confirming you have been added.
- The waitlist will close on 11/19/21. On 11/23/21 Life Time will send out an invitation to those on the waiting list based on the number of bibs that have become available, to register at full price at the time of entry. Selections will be made via lottery.
- This registration invitation email will contain a special link that must be used in order to register. This link will expire 48 hours after our e-mail is sent, so act straightaway. If you do not use the link within the allotted time, the link and your waiting list entry will be deleted.
- If this happens, you can re-apply to get back on the waiting list but remember that you will go to the back of the queue. Note: you cannot have more than one waiting list entry at any one time.
- Coupons/discounts/promotions are not applicable to waitlist entry fee pricing.
Waiting List — Terms of Use
- We do not allow duplicate entries. We only accept one waiting list entry per person.
- You cannot ask for another entry on a list for which you are already entered.
- If you fail to meet the Terms and Conditions, your waitlist entry will be deleted and the bib will be offered to the next person on the list.
