Sponsor move in:
Option 1 – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26
Option 2 – 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 27 (race day). All sponsors and vendors must have materials in their spot by 6:00 a.m. and must be completely set-up and show ready at 7:30 a.m.
Sponsor move out:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 27
*Finish Festival is on track & field: Absolutely no vehicle activation on the field or track surfaces. Any activation vehicles will need to be parked behind the main grandstand with all other vehicles in the parking lot.
*No tents can be staked down. Sandbags or water barrels are preferred. Please provide own weights unless requested in advance.
SPONSOR BOOTH MATERIALS
Booth space supplies (tents, table cloths, activation items, etc.) may be shipped in advance, or they can be brought with you directly to the event finish festival location on the evening before or the morning of the event, during the sponsor move-in times.
If shipped in advance, Life Time production staff will load and deliver your materials to your booth space. Please contact Karissa Pechauer at kpechauer@lt.life for the shipping address. There are no ship-out services post-event.
Materials must arrive no later than Monday, November 17, 2025
