Sponsor move in:
Option 1 – 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22
Option 2 – 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 23 (race day). All sponsors and vendors must have materials in their spot by 6:00 a.m. and must be completely set-up and show ready at 7:30 a.m.
Sponsor move out:
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 23
*New track & field: Absolutely no vehicle activation on the field or track surfaces. Any activation vehicles will need to be parked behind the main grandstand with all other vehicles in the parking lot.
*No tents can be staked down. Sandbags or water barrels are preferred. Please provide own weights unless requested in advance.
SPONSOR BOOTH MATERIALS
Booth space supplies (tents, table cloths, activation items, etc.) may be shipped to our shipping address below in advance, or they can be brought with you directly to the event finish festival location on the evening before or the morning of the event, during the sponsor move-in times.
If shipped in advance, Life Time production staff will load and deliver your materials to your booth space. Please make arrangements with Sara Mahan at SMahan@lifetimefitness.com for shipping your product back to you, if you do not take it with you on site after the event.

*Goodie bag insert quantity: 6000 inserts

*All items must be approved before shipping.
*Please mark all boxes “TURKEY TROT MIAMI.”
*All trucks delivering MUST have a lift gate and pallet jack if delivering pallets or crates. We do NOT have a loading dock to unload materials without a pallet jack and lift gate.
